A philosophy of continually improving our services in response to the needs of our clients and advancements in technology led us to found the venture HOMEland through the merger of two well established real estate offices ALPHA ESTATE and PLATON in spring 2004.

The origin of ALPHA ESTATE goes back to 1990, when Nikos Archontakis opened his office "Archontakis Real Estate Transaction". Through constant assessment of the real estate market and evaluation of market factors during these years, Mr. Archontakis senior acquired a reputation for trustworthiness and reliability, which, combined with experience and hard work, made his office one of the best in the province. In May 2000 Stelios Archontakis, his son, took over the office with a desire for innovation, while at the same time adhering to the professional principles and standards his father had established. Under the name ALPHA ESTATE he carried on his father's work and improved the services by integrating them into a well organized IT system.

The Platonic principle: to strive for the good, the true and the beautiful, underlies the choice of name for the PLATON Real Estate Agency, founded by Axel Werner in 1995 and in his work he has always remained true to this philosophy. His attentive restorations of old houses built in the traditional stone-wall construction led him to believe that this method could be perpetuated in new buildings as well. And so he began his first collaborations with local architects and master builders. This led further to the establishment of a very successful building company, CENTURY DEVELOPMENTS S.A., whose villas HOMEland has undertaken to market as sales agent.

In the continuance of these efforts, HOMEland, a member of an international property consulting group with business contacts all over the world, combines know-how, equipment and the most up to date technology in the furtherance of in favour of our clients' interests. We can provide all the information and assistance you need when contemplating the purchase or sale of a property, in accordance with your schedule and parameters.
